The biggest pharmacy networks in Russia in 2006.

According to DSM Group’s data, Russian pharma market volume grew up to 36% in 2006 compared to 2005 and amounted to 12.3 billion dollars.

The retail sector was the most dynamic last year. TOP-20 pharmacy networks are in the Table:

Sales concentration in retail market segment has been growing significantly cause the biggest retail networks aggressively move to the regions. Cumulative share of the TOP-10 Russian retail networks amounted to 20% in 2006 (instead of 5% in 2002). As DSM Group predicts, this figure will be more than 60% in 2010.
