DSM Group has confirmed for the third time the certificate ISO 9001:2000 validity.

Last week SGS audit team finished their audit of the quality management system (QMS) in DSM Group. During the audit DSM Group’s staff confirmed that QMS of the Retail audit of Russian pharmaceutical market met ISO 9001:2000 requirements (the certificate ¹ HU05/1368, valid from August 04, 2005).
Lead auditor of SGS International Certification Services Group, Yulia Kryuchkova says:
“The objectives of this audit were to confirm that the management system conforms with all the requirements of the audit standard, that the organization has effectively implemented the planned management system, and that the management system is capable of achieving the organization’s policy objectives”.
The audit team concluded that DSM Group had established and maintained its management system in line with the requirements of the standard. Any nonconformity identified during previous audits has been corrected. The company has demonstrated effective implementation, maintenance and improvement of its management system.
